GEZ (radio and television) charge: € 17.98

Prices for guest flats at the Internationales Begegnungszentrum

Only for stays of more than one semester (exception semester break)

Prices under 6 months include Vat.

Change of bed linen: 16.00 € per person per month (if booked)
TV licence (GEZ): 17,98 € per months (19,24 € less than 6 months)
Extra bed second person: 16.00 € per person
Underground parking place 31.00 € (37,00 € less than 6 months)

Rent costs for all guest flats must be paid up-front (see overview). An additional cleaning cost will be charged at the end of stay.

Payment

In accordance with applicable user agreements, payments should be made by bank transfer to the account number indicated. As of January 1, 2011, cash payments can no longer be accepted.
