ERASMUS placements

The European Union funds study-related work placements in Europe (27 member states plus Turkey, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Switzerland) through the ERASMUS-Placement Scheme.

Students of the Universität Leipzig are eligible to apply for an ERASMUS-Placement grant.

Benefits

• monthly scholarship of ca. 300,00 € (depending on the funding provided by the European Union)
• duration: 3-12 months
• start and end date of placement can be set individually
• obligatory and voluntary placements funded
• recognition of the achievements produced abroad (e.g. via the SQ-module 32b)
• free choice of training institution

Application

All students of the Universität Leipzig can hand in applications for placements in Europe lasting 3-12 months.

Deadline

Both forms (originals) need to be submitted to Christiane Pschierer at the International Centre at least 1 month prior to the beginning of the placement.
